What data we process and why

We process the data you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email (name, phone, email, event date and venue) to answer your request, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, provide the service and issue the invoice.

If you use the form on this website, the details you enter (name, phone, town, event type and date and your message) reach the owner through their contact management system and are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, the message opens on your device and you decide whether to send it.

Legal basis

Taking pre-contractual steps at your request and performing the service contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and compliance with legal tax obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention

Data from requests that are not accepted is kept for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the statutory periods for tax and accounting records.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. Form requests are stored in the contact management system used by the owner, which acts as data processor. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy. For web analytics we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as detailed in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rgpd@alquiaudio.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
