How is travel calculated in the quote?
Travel to anywhere in Catalonia is included in the quote as an itemised line, based on distance and the number of trips needed.
No surprises: the figure in the quote already includes getting there, getting back and, if the event is far away and finishes late, whatever is needed so the technician rests before driving. For multi-day events such as a town festival, we usually leave the equipment set up and supervised rather than loading and unloading every day.
How long does Alquiaudio take to reach my event?
We reach most towns in the province of Barcelona in under an hour; for Girona, Tarragona and Lleida we plan with more lead time.
Province of Barcelona
Barcelonès, Vallès, Maresme, Baix Llobregat, Garraf, Penedès, Bages, Osona and Anoia. This is where we can even set up on the same day you call.
Province of Girona
Gironès, Selva, Baix and Alt Empordà, Garrotxa and Cerdanya. Very common for Costa Brava weddings and summer festivals.
Province of Tarragona
Tarragonès, Baix Camp, Baix Penedès, Alt Camp, Conca de Barberà and Terres de l’Ebre. Weddings at wineries and events on the Costa Daurada.
Province of Lleida
Segrià, Urgell, Noguera, Segarra, Solsonès and the Pyrenees. For Pyrenees set-ups we prefer to book early and plan access.

Do you work outside Catalonia?
Our usual area is Catalonia. For events in Andorra, Aragon or the nearby Valencia region, ask us and we will look at it depending on the date. We will tell you clearly in the first message.
Is travel charged separately?
No, it is included in the quote as an itemised line. That way you can compare the total price with no surprises. We calculate it based on distance and the trips needed.
Can you set up on the same day in Girona or Tarragona?
It depends on availability and when you call, but we always try. In the province of Barcelona it is easier. Call +34 722 538 833 for urgent requests.
Do you have premises open to the public?
We don’t have a shop open to the public; we work from a warehouse in the province of Barcelona. If you choose collection, we give you the address and time on confirmation. We are available by phone, WhatsApp and email, 365 days a year.
